Event Logistics

Please note: Constructions can only be collected from 5pm onwards on Sunday 22nd November.

The closing date for entries is 23:59 on Saturday 31st October 2026.

We will contact you with an allocated delivery time slot by 6th November 2026. All gingerbread creations must be delivered on the morning of Saturday 21st November 2026 to Low Wood Bay Resort and Spa (LA23 1LP) no later than midday (please refer to the terms and conditions). The winners will be announced on 21st November 2026; the exact time will be announced nearer the time but no later than 5pm.

By entering The Gingerbread House Festival Competition, you agree to your details being used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and shared with selected sponsors of the competition for marketing purposes. We will use your personal data to administer your entry, manage the competition, and communicate with you about your participation.

Photographs and video footage of the event may be taken and used for promotional purposes. Where individuals are identifiable, this will be done in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
